Since we started tracking orders by P2G Number in late 2006, Parcel2Go has grown exponentially to become the UK’s leading parcel comparison website by some distance. With the help of our amazing customers, it's taken us just shy of 13 years to hit 60 million individual orders via our ecommerce website - www.parcel2go.com.
Reaching this milestone has allowed us to reflect on our journey so far - and in particular the exciting initiatives and innovations that have contributed to our accelerated growth over that time.

Smart Send has been one of our biggest success stories in recent times. Our ever-evolving shipping solution allows customers to manage and control all of their e-commerce orders and deliveries across multiple platforms, right from their P2G account.
Equally, developing and releasing our iOS app last year has been a crucial part of our recent innovation. Available now from the App Store, the Parcel2Go App was designed to simplify and expedite the parcel delivery process for iPhone users - allowing customers to easily compare prices, book couriers and track their domestic and international deliveries on the go. It also enables customers to easily identify nearby drop-off points and track deliveries every step of the way. The app fully integrates with existing parcel2Go accounts, has the functionality to store sender and recipient details and has a new and improved address search tool.
It is because of initiatives like these, as well as our long-standing 'customer first' approach that we were named amongst the 'Top 100 Fastest Growing Tech Companies' at the 2019 Northern Tech Awards. We have previously been honoured among the 'Top 15 Fastest Growing Tech Companies' and 'Most Innovative Company in the North' as well.
While these accolades and milestones are welcome indicators of our hard work and success to date, they also motivate us to continue improving and reaching for the next goal.
