Our tracking services break down your Parcelforce parcel delivery into five simple stages:
- In Transit
- At Delivery Depot
- Out for Delivery
On top of our five-stage breakdown, you’ll also be provided with Parcelforce’s own descriptions of each stage of the delivery process, which are also listed with a date and time to allow you anticipate when your delivery might arrive.
Parcel statuses include:
- Advised - when the details of your parcel being sent have entered the system, you’ll receive this message. Your parcel will then get a tracking scan, at which point the status will change to “In Progress”.
- Awaiting customs clearance - your parcel has arrived in the country you’ve sent it to, and is currently being handled by their international customs team.
- Handed to RM - Parcelforce have handed your parcel over to their sister company Royal Mail for them to complete the delivery.
- Delivery held - deliveries can be put on hold by Parcelforce for reasons that include damage to the item, incorrect paperwork at customs, or the discovery of restricted items.
