To be eligible for a Parcel2Go Business Account, you need to send at least 25 parcels a week. Make sure you know each courier's parcel thresholds.

How does a Parcel2Go business account work?
The first thing you need to do is fill out the form at the top of this page and a Parcel2Go VIP team member will call you back.
If you're eligible to open a business account, we can get your Evri, DPD or Parcelforce account up and running right away. We'll give you a dedicated phone number which you can use to speak to Parcel2Go's customer service whenever you need us!
From there, you don't need to do anything - when you get a quote with Parcel2Go, your discounted rates will already be applied in the quote results page.
If you run into any issues, use your P2G business account phone number to speak to one of our UK based customer service team right away.
Can I send internationally with a Parcel2Go business account?
Absolutely! You can now ship internationally with an Evri Business Account, giving you access to exclusive discounted rates that help you save even more on your shipping costs.
And if you're sending both international and domestic parcels, you can combine them to easily meet the 100 parcels per week requirement to maintain your business account benefits!

Do business account discounts apply to drop off services?
Business accounts are based on collection services. This is so you can secure the fastest delivery, best customer experience and because many drop off points can't accept high volumes of parcels.
We offer a 2 hour collection window as a benefit of opening a Parcel2Go business account, so you won't have to wait in all day! Parcel collection can help you to grow your business faster and further without relying on drop off points having capacity to accept your parcels.
Can I manage my invoices with a Parcel2Go business account?
Your business account doesn't include invoice management but with Smart Send you can create custom invoices and manage them all in one place.
Your Parcel2Go business account will be pay-as-you-go or you can use PrePay to add money to your account in lump sums. If you add £100 PrePay to your account we will give you an extra 2% to spend for free!
And if you choose to use Auto PrePay, your account will automatically top itself up when you need it to - ideal if you have multiple colleagues placing orders on one account.
Can I phone Parcel2Go if I have an issue with a parcel?
