Duties:

To provide support and advice to customers who have placed an order using the online services through our website.

Contact our customers and clients via email and Live Help.

 

Platform:

Develop good working relations with our key customers and clients.

To follow set procedures and processes in order to provide the best customer service experience.

Qualification:

 

GCSE's or equivalent Grades A - C in English and Maths

Essential Skills:

 

Good communication skills and must have customer service experience. Accurate keyboard skills are essential (about 40 wpm) and a very high standard of the written word is required in German and English. Have the ability to work in a team and work well with others. Focus on quality and have attention to detail. Target and results driven.

Must be organised and proactive

Have the ability to multi-task and be job flexible.
