French Customer Service Operator
Hours: Full-Time 37.5 hours 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (office based)
Overview: Parcel2Go are looking for a driven and dynamic French individual with experience in answering high number of calls, to join our growing customer service team for our UK website.
Duties: - To provide support and advice to customers who have placed an order using the online services through our website.- Contact our customers and clients via email, telephone or Live Help platform - Develop good working relations with our key customers and clients.- To follow set procedures and processes in order to provide the best customer service experience.
Qualification: - GCSE's or equivalent Grades A - C in English and Maths
Essential Skills: - Good communication skills.
Accurate keyboard skills are essential (about 40 wpm) and a very high standard of the written word is required in French and English.- Have the ability to work in a team and work well with others.- Focus on quality and have attention to detail.- Target and results driven.- Must be organised and proactive- Have the ability to multitask and be job flexible.
