How do I manually add an order with Smart Send?

Connecting a sales channel is not the only way to add orders in to Smart Send 2.0. You can use a CSV file or alternatively you can manually add an order. Continue reading to find out how.


There are two places you can navigate to, to add a new order.

 

Within the menu button choose ‘Manually Add a New Order.

 

From the New Orders page click on the ‘Add’ icon at the top and choose ‘Add a New Order’.

 

You will need to add in the following details.

  • The recipient’s name.
  • The recipients address.
  • The parcel details description.
  • The parcel’s value.
  • The parcels weight and dimensions.
