How to link your eBay account

Linking your eBay account takes less than a minute to set up. Here’s a short video to show you how.

Step 1

Go to the ‘Account’ menu within the top navigation and click on ‘Linked Account’.

 

Step 2

Next to the eBay logo click ‘Link New Account’.

 

Step 3

On the eBay linking page click on ‘Link My eBay Account’.

You will be redirected to an eBay sign-in page. Enter your details and click sign in. You will be asked to accept the application permissions. Click ‘Agree’. These permissions allow Parcel2Go to pull your sold items through to the Smart Send platform after they have been sold.

Step 4

Once you’ve clicked on ‘Agree’ you will be redirected back to Parcel2Go.

You have successfully linked your eBay account.

 

Please Note:

Items will only be imported into Smart Send when your items are listed as ‘Awaiting Shipment’.
