Q. What services are impacted on Parcel2Go??

A. All Parcelforce and the Royal Mail International tracked service will likely be affected by the strikes.

Q. What will be the impact on the strike days?

A. We anticipate that you will be able drop-off your Royal Mail & Parcelforce parcels as normal, but there will likely be no collections at all on the strike days.

Q. When will collections resume?

A. Royal Mail International and ParcelForce collections will be suspended on strike days and resume immediately after.

Q. What is the anticipated disruption?

A. We anticipate that there will be delays to parcels being delivered around the strike dates.

Q. Can I use post boxes and post offices during the strikes?

A. Yes, you can, however, there will be limited collections on strike days and delay to items should be expected.

Q. What can I do to ensure my parcels are delivered?

A. Look at alternative couriers to send your parcels across this period. If you still want to send with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, send your items as early as possible and build in extra time for your parcels to be delivered.

Q. Which services do you recommend using as an alternative?

A. We have a range of services on Parcel2Go that will be unaffected by the strikes; Evri ParcelShop, Yodel Direct, UPS, DHL, and DPD.

Q. Can I still book parcels with Parcelforce and Royal Mail with Parcel2Go on strike days?

A. We anticipate that you can still book these services, however, you will not be able to schedule a collection service on strike dates. We will be working closely with Parcelforce and Royal Mail and any changes to service availability will be reported here.

Q. My Parcelforce or Royal Mail parcels sent with Parcel2Go are not tracking?

A. Tracking information may be limited during the strike period. Keep checking back on the tracking page here. Delays are expected to estimated delivery dates, so bear this in mind before contacting us.

We will be working closely Parcelforce and Royal Mail, and as we get updated information, we will update here as well as the service update page.
