Why is my parcel not tracking since it was dropped off?

We're very sorry that there's currently no tracking against your delivery. 

A possible reason for this may be because the parcel has not been collected from the locker or drop off point. 

In most cases, on our drop off services, the parcel will either be collected on the same day (Monday to Friday) if the parcel is dropped off before midday, or on the following working day if dropped off in the afternoon, over the weekend or on a bank holiday.

Should this be a Friday or a weekend then this means that your parcel will not be collected until the Monday. 

Please note that the delivery time frame starts from the point at which the parcel is collected.


Tracking shows dropped off but my parcel has not been collected.

Your parcel should be collected the same working day if dropped off before midday or on the following working day if dropped off in the afternoon.

If your parcel has been dropped off but has not been collected for 2 days you'll need to contact us to alert the courier on your behalf.

Why has my parcel tracking stopped updating?

Most often when a parcels tracking has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system.

However, if your parcel has passed its expected delivery date you'll need to contact us to open an enquiry.
