Can I send to a PO Box Address?

Our couriers do not deliver to PO Boxes with the exception of the Middle East Region. Our couriers are primarily used to track and confirm delivery of their assignments, as well as for guaranteed delivery at specific dates and times, sending a parcel to a post-office box is impossible. With no one to sign and accept delivery of your parcel at the destination, parcels cannot complete their mandate and, as such, will not deliver to a PO Box.

If the issue around using a full address for delivery is that the recipient won’t be home and would prefer to collect from a parcel shop, then choose a parcel service that will redeliver to a local parcel shop such as UPS Access Point™ to Access Point™. Alternatively, ask the recipient if you can send to their workplace or an alternative address where someone can sign for the delivery.

Deliveries can be made to PO Boxes in the Middle East Region; defined as the following countries:

  • Bahrain
  • Kuwait
  • Libya
  • Qatar
  • Oman
  • Saudi Arabia
  • United Arab Emirates

Consignments to any country other than those listed above must not be transported if the delivery address is a PO Box.

Please note that the following addresses are also considered to be PO Box addresses and as such we would be unable to deliver to them:

  • Post Restante a la Post - France
  • Das Postfach - Germany
  • Packstation - Germany
  • Post Restante - Sweden
  • Apartado de Correos  - Spain
  • Postbus - Netherlands
  • Internal Revenue Service - USA
