How do I cancel my order and apply for a refund?

Not available at the time of collection? No problem

If you would like to amend your collection date, click here. You will need your P2G reference number and either the email address used to book the parcel or your collection postcode. 

 

Request a refund

If you no longer need to send your parcel, you can cancel your booking and request a refund.

We have made it easier than ever for our customers to receive their refund.

To cancel your order and apply for a refund please use the Refund button below.

Please note that to be eligible for a refund you must:

  • Be the contract holder with Parcel2Go
  • Have booked the delivery within the last 28 days
  • Ensure that your parcel is not collected
