Questions about Evri Small and Medium

Got a question about the Evri Small and Medium 2 kg services? Find out about dimensions, prices and more with our handy FAQs here.

The change to the pricing comes directly from Evri, in a bid to be even more competitive within the delivery marketplace, particularly against Royal Mail.

In order to give more customers a chance to send for the lowest price possible, they decided to offer two services on parcels weighing up to 2 kg: Small and Medium. These services are based on parcel size, rather than weight alone.

This means customers with parcels that meet the generous size requirements for the Small service (45 x 35 x 16 cm) get the cheapest price, even if their parcel weighs up to 2 kg.

And at just £2.19 exc VAT, Parcel2Go’s lowest Evri price is the cheapest you’ll find anywhere.

Yes, as quotes for the new services are now based on parcel dimensions, rather than weight alone.

Small parcels are those that do not exceed 45 x 35 x 16 cm and weigh up to 2 kg

Medium parcels are those that exceed the restrictions for Small parcels while remaining below 2 kg in weight. The maximum dimension for any one side of a Medium parcel is 120 cm, and the maximum *Length+Girth of the parcel is 245 cm.

* Length+Girth’ is used by our couriers as an indication of a parcel’s size. You can easily calculate the Length+Girth of your parcel by:-

1. Adding your parcel’s two shortest dimensions together

2. Multiplying that number by two

3. Adding the length of the longest side.

No, you can’t send a parcel heavier than 2 kg with either of the new services.
