How do I use eBay.co.uk Click & Collect?

Click and Collect offers your buyers the choice and convenience of collecting from over 3500 ebay collection point locations across the UK.

Use Parcel2go to ship your eBay Click & Collect order today.

1. All you need to do is make sure you've opted-in, which you can do on ebay in the 'Site Preferences' section at 'My ebay account'. You can do that here.

2. When you receive a Click & Collect order, print your label and send it, as usual, ensuring the eCP code (an 8 digit unique identifier code found on your shipping label) is clearly displayed. This code will be added to the address, so your parcel can be easily processed at the ebay collection point location.

3. ebay will send your buyers a collection code by email and text message (if you provide us with your mobile number) when it's received at the ebay collection points.

The need to knows...

1. Your item must weigh less than 15kg. No one side of the parcel can exceed 90cm with max dimensions of 0.324 cubic metres (including packaging). Any items that are too large or exceed the weight limit will be rejected on arrival at the Click & Collect location and may be disposed of, without reimbursement.

2. Please make sure you add the eCP number when providing the delivery details. The eCP number MUST be visible on the label.
