What is the cut-off time for my drop-off items to be collected the same day?

Drop your parcels before 12 pm for a greater chance of same day collection

The cut-off time to have your items collected from a drop-off point the same day is 12 pm, although this may vary for each drop-off point.

Some couriers may collect as late as 8 pm, but for the best chance of same-day pickup, we advise dropping off your items before midday.
