The Drop Shop refused my parcel?

Before taking your parcel to a drop shop, please make sure your parcel is adequately packaged and attach the label that we supply.

The shop will need to scan the label to notify the courier to collect.

If the shop couldn’t scan the barcode on your label, our Live Help team can generate a new label for you.

Using the Collect+ Print in Store service couldn’t be easier. Here’s how it works:

  1. You book a Collect+ drop-off delivery at Parcel2Go.com and select the ‘Print in Store’ add-on for just 30p. You can select this from the pop-up that will appear on the quotes page.
  2. Open your confirmation email on your phone to find your label barcode.
  3. Take your parcel to your local Collect+ drop-off point and hand the barcode over to the clerk to print your label for you.

If the shop were unable to print your label you'll need to speak with a member of our team for further advice.
