How do Drop Off services work?

Drop Off services allow you to drop your parcel at a local shop rather than having to wait in for collection. Your parcel will then be collected from the drop-off point by your local driver.

Book a Drop Off service - Enter your parcels weight and dimensions on our Quick Quote page and select a Drop Off service from the results.

How do I drop my parcel off?

For our Drop Off services, you will need to take your parcel to your preferred drop shop and hand it over to the assistant to scan.

You can drop your parcel off at any drop shop available for your chosen service, you do not need to select one when ordering.

Please note: You must book your order and print a label before you take it to the drop-off point.

What is the difference between InPost and a Drop Off service?

InPost - This is a parcel locker service. It allows you to drop off your parcel at a parcel locker at any time of the day, rather than having to wait for the opening time of a drop-off store. How does the Inpost Service work?

Drop Off - This service requires you to take your parcel to a local drop-off point. Couriers providing drop-off services are myHermes, Collect+, DPD, InPost, Parcelforce, UPS, Landmark, Direct Entry, One World, Impact Express, OCS and Norsk Global.

The full list of couriers with Drop Shop available can be found here.

How do I switch my order from collection to drop-off?

If you have already placed an order and know you're not going to be available for collection, or if the courier failed to collect your parcel, you may be eligible to switch to a Drop Off service.

To see whether you can drop your parcel off at a local drop-off point, you’ll need to speak to a member of our Live Help team.
