Subject Access Request

The General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) gives you the statutory right of access to any personal information we hold on you.


What is a SAR? 

A Subject Access Request (SAR) is a request made by or on behalf of an individual for the information they are entitled to ask for under Article 15 of the UK GDPR. 


How do I make a SAR request?

Write to us including your full name, address, contact telephone, and email address, and include details of the specific information you require and any relevant dates.

Please submit your request by the following methods

- email to dataprotection@parcel2go.com 

- write a letter please address it to the Data Protection Officer, Parcel2Go.com Ltd, The Cube, Coe Street, Bolton, Lancashire. BL3 6BU.

- social media via Facebook or Twitter

Proof of identity

In certain circumstances, we may ask for identification to complete your request. This is to ensure information is not released to unauthorised individuals.


How long will it take?

We will aim to provide a copy of your personal information within 30 days of receiving all the information we require to process the request. 


How much does it cost?

We provide you with a copy of the personal data requested free of charge.


Request to remove your personal information

You can ask to have any personal data we hold on you deleted. Write to us and a member of our team will be in touch to assist with your request.
