The details on my parcel are incorrect. What should I do?

You can now edit your parcel's address and contact details before collection or drop-off.

If you booked a collection, you may also amend the collection date after editing your parcel's details.

To edit details you will need your P2G reference and email address used to place the order.

Please make sure you discard your old label if you have already printed this out.


Reschedule your collection

If you want to reschedule your parcels collection, please rebook. You will need your P2G reference and email address.


Incorrect weight and dimensions

To avoid extra charges you will need to cancel your order and place a new booking.


Change your parcel details in transit

If you have sent your parcel and noticed the address or contact information is incorrect, you will need to chat with our Live Help.
