How do I request that my parcel is stopped and returned to me?

If you require the parcel to be returned to the sender then you would need to request this before the parcel is delivered.

To request a return you will need to visit our Live Help to speak with an agent.

We would need to be talking to the contract holder (whoever paid and ordered the service) to be able to handle such a request.

Please note: Requests of these nature are not guaranteed. The collection has taken place and the parcel is in the process of delivery, therefore, there is a possibility that the delivery may be attempted.
