Do you provide fork-lift services at collection?

Unfortunately, we do not offer fork-lift services for collection or delivery. All collection and delivery vehicle's carry pallet trucks and the vehicles are fitted with tail lifts with the maximum carry weight of 750kg. Any pallets that are more than 750kg must be forklifted onto and off the vehicle, therefore, both collection and delivery points must have fork-lift facilities. If the pallet is over 2.1 min length the pallet will have to be forklifted on and off the vehicle as it is too long to go safely on the tail lift.
