What is included in my claim refund?

If your claim is successful you will be entitled to a full refund of your carriage which includes the Base Price and VAT.

When we refund the cost of carriage as part of your claim we will not refund any additional add-ons, including:

- Parcel Protection

- Delivery Guarantee Premiuim

- Signature

- Text Message Notification
