I have received someone else's parcel. What can I do?
We're very sorry you've had to visit this part of our Help Centre.
Parcels can get mixed up for a number of reasons, such as the shipping label becomes damaged, obscured or dislodged during the shipping process or there’s been an issue during parcel sorting.
If you're the recipient
We're sorry to hear your parcel has not been received as expected.

- The account holder will need to contact us to open an enquiry.
If you're the sender
