How do I change my account details?

In order to change your account details, you must log in to your Parcel2Go account.

You can change your name, contact details, VAT number and password.

Can I change my e-mail address?

It is not possible to change your account email address.

Orders are linked to specific email addresses and as such the email cannot be changed.

If you wish to use a different email address for your Parcel2go account then you need to register your new email address as a new account.
