Wiggle Returns Policy
When you buy an item through Wiggle, you get 14 days to return your order from the time you contact customer services about a return.
Standard Wiggle returns should all include a completed returns form and should be unused and in a resalable condition. Certain products, such as customised products or those that have been sealed for hygiene purposes, cannot be returned.
If you’re returning a faulty item, there is a different process to follow. It’s best to check the Wiggle website for the full refund policy, no matter what kind of Wiggle returns you’re making.
How to send Wiggle returns
You can return your order in two ways to Wiggle. You can use Yodel (formerly Collect+), which enables you to post your parcel from over 5000 Wiggle return locations in the UK. Alternatively, you can post it directly to Wiggle using a postal courier booked through Parcel2Go.
The Wiggle return address can be found once you go through the returns process in your online Wiggle account.
You may experience some delays in your Wiggle returns during the holiday season due to a high volume of deliveries. With free parcel tracking provided by Parcel2Go, however, you can keep an eye on your Wiggle return at all times.
Wiggle return cost
Unfortunately, there are no free returns in the Wiggle return policy. Previously, you were able to get Wiggle free returns through Asda, though this policy appears to have been discontinued.
