Matalan Returns Policy

Matalan returns can be returned in-store free of charge or via a postal courier like Parcel2Go – however, it should be noted that Matalan do not offer an exchange service by post. We have summarised the Matalan returns policy for you below but you should always check the store’s website to confirm the policy as they are sometimes revised.

Returns should be made within 28 days and all items must be in a re-saleable condition, in their original and undamaged packaging and with all tags and labels attached.

Matalan cannot refund fragrances and cosmetics, quilts, pierced earrings, duvets, pillows, confectionary or hosiery. DVD’s can be returned if in original packaging and with security seals intact. Swimwear and underwear can be returned if unworn and with hygiene strips and tags in place.

When you return an item to Matalan by post the parcel should be securely packaged and should include the items that you purchased, in addition to the original delivery note with the returns section fully completed – it should clearly state what you are returning and why.

If the Matalan are happy to return your purchase then you should receive it within 28 days – allow two days for postage too.
