Sports Direct Returns Policy

The Sports Direct returns policy states that returns can be made in-store or sent by postal courier within 14 working days of purchase. Sports Direct online returns that are returned by post should be sent with the invoice and the printed and completed returns form which can be found on their website. The invoice should clearly state the reason that you are returning your items and whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Sports Direct do not accept returns on personalised items and other items may not be accepted due to hygiene reasons – it’s always best to check the store’s website before you send your return off.

Your Sports Direct returns should be sent back in a resalable condition, however they do not need to be in their original packaging - always get proof of postage.
