Currys Returns Policy
You can view the full Currys returns policy on the retailer’s website – be advised that before returning any items, it is a good idea to double check that nothing has changed with the Currys online returns policy.
There are several means of obtaining a refund via Currys returns: return your product to your local Currys store, return your product online (with the help of Parcel2Go’s courier service), or over the phone.
Currys advises all customers who wish to return an item to first phone the contact centre on 0344 561 1234 and to have your order number ready to speed up the process. Alternatively, you are welcome to email firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number in the email. A team member will then respond with information about how best to return the item in question and to obtain your refund.
If the product is faulty, you may be offered a repair service, exchange or refund, at the retailer’s discretion.
You can return an unwanted product within 21 days of receipt, as long as it is still in its original packaging. If you let Currys know that you wish to return an open item, you must do so within 14 calendar days of delivery.
