Boots Returns Policy
The full Boots returns policy is available to view on the retailer’s website – as this may be subject to change at any given time, it is a good idea to double check it again before returning an item.
You can use Boots returns in two ways: either by taking the item to your local store or by returning it via a courier such as Parcel2Go. This second method is often easier than trying to return an item by post as the item can be collected from your doorstep.
It is completely free to return an item, provided you do so within 28 days. Items cannot be exchanged but can be refunded or replaced should you prefer. If you collected Advantage Card points when purchasing the item, they will be removed during the returns process.
If you choose to refund the item via courier, please allow 14 days for your card to be credited with the full amount. You will also receive an email informing you that your refund has been credited and you can keep track of any returns in the ‘Returns History’ section of the retailer’s website.
