Clarks Returns Policy
For full information about the Clarks returns policy, please see the retailer’s website. We recommend that you double check this before trying to return an item, as Clarks returns are subject to change at the retailer’s discretion.
For Clarks online returns, you can choose one of three methods: by returning to any Clarks store, via the post office or via one of the 5000 plus Collect+ store. Courier services can also be used in place of Royal Mail to minimise waiting in a long queue and to have the item collected from your doorstep. You’ll be given proof of purchase as well as a code to enable you to track the progress of your request online.
All items for return must be in the condition they were sold at and returned within 28 days of receipt. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of returning the item and your card will be credited accordingly.
If you are looking to exchange an item, this request can only be processed in-store. You are welcome to take your item to any Clarks store to obtain an exchange.
