Game Returns Policy
You can view the full Game returns policy on the website – we recommend that you check there have been no changes to it prior to returning unwanted goods as it may be subject to change. Using the Game online returns process is simple: you are able to return any product for exchange or refund within 28 days of purchasing, provided it is still in saleable condition.
Game returns can be made via the following methods: by post, via a courier service such as Parcel2Go, or in-store.
If an item is faulty, Game requests that you email the Returns Department on firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Detail of the fault
- Decision about replacement or refund
Faulty goods can be returned free of charge. The cost of shipping for unwanted items in mint condition must be undertaken by the customer.
Any purchases made online unfortunately cannot be returned in-store. Likewise, any purchases made from a store must be returned in-store and refunds cannot be obtained via couriers or postal service. Proof of purchase is required for all returned items.
