The Schuh return policy is very generous - you can return an unused item with your receipt up to 365 days from your purchase!
The item will need to be in their original condition, with labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. A refund of exchange is possible for faulty items. If it’s an ex-display item, unfortunately it can’t be returned.
You can return items purchased online to UK Schuh stores. You’ll need your confirmation email, the credit or debit card used for the transaction, and your Schuh returns form.
