The Mothercare returns policy
allows you to return items in-store, by postal courier or their collection
service – which is only available on certain products.

and in original packaging – complete with proof of purchase.
Mothercare do not accept returns on toiletries,
software, DVD’s, food, gift vouchers, gift cards or opened mattresses. It’s

your goods as their policy may have changed or been amended.
