Miss Selfridge Returns Policy
Selfridge returns can be returned in-store, by collect+ (in the UK)
or by postal courier such as Parcel2Go. We have outlined the Miss Selfridge returns policy below
– though it’s always best to check the store’s own website for the full details
and to check for any changes in the postal process.
Miss Selfridge is happy to refund orders that you
are not satisfied with if they are in a re-saleable condition with tags still
on and are returned within 14 days of the purchase. The parcel should be sent
with a completed label attached which clearly states the Returns Authorisation
number you were given when you issued your return online. You should also
obtain your proof of postage as Miss Selfridge cannot refund you if it has not
received the item. You should receive your refund within 28 days of the day you
posted the parcel.
Miss Selfridge does not accept returns on pierced
jewellery or underwear and swimwear that have not got the hygiene seal intact.
