Debenhams Returns Policy
The Debenhams return policy allows you to exchange or refund your item within 14 days (starting the day after you receive your order). The full amount will be credited to the card you used to make the payment. If you purchased an item using a Debenhams gift card and wish to obtain a refund, this will be credited to the gift card.
Your Debenhams returns should be sent back in original condition, with the original packaging and tags. There are restrictions on which items cannot be sent back for hygiene reasons, such as jewellery or makeup.
However, Debenhams Beauty Store purchases have to be returned in store, and items purchased online can only be returned online.
