BHS Returns Policy

advised that BHS may revise this policy so it is wise to double check this
before attempting to return any items. We have summarised the main points where
BHS returns are
returns works in three ways: you can return an item in store, by courier or via
the postal system. You will be required to provide proof of purchase, usually
in the form of a receipt, in order to get a full refund.
If it is not convenient for you to return your
unwanted item to a store, or the item in question is large, we recommend using
a courier collection service such as Parcel2Go – this is free of charge and
allows you to return your unwanted purchase within 28 days.
Certain items may not be deemed suitable for
returning. Refunds cannot be obtained on swimwear or underwear in cases where
the hygiene seal has been removed. If cosmetic products or pierced jewellery
has been used, it will not be possible to get a refund for the items unless
they are found to be of a poor quality. All returned items must have the
barcode tags attached to get a refund.
