TNT is now FedEx Express!
But what does this mean for services you might have previously booked through TNT? Let’s take a look.
FedEx has Officially Acquired TNT Express
To build on the strengths of both companies, TNT Express recently became part of FedEx. Together, they’ll combine an unmatched global air fleet with a strong European road network that covers over 45 countries.
By acquiring TNT, FedEx will give customers easy access to a broader range of services, an extended network with increased drop-off and pick-up points, and an enhanced global delivery network with regional air connections.
Alan B. Graf, Jr., FedEx Executive Vice President and Chief Financial officer said that ‘the TNT team members bring 70 years of diverse experience, which combined with that of FedEx team members, will make this integration a success.’
When did FedEx Buy TNT?
FedEx completed the acquisition in May 2016, and integration began immediately. Now that this process is complete, you’ll no longer see the familiar orange TNT branding and all TNT services will be available through FedEx.
Can I Still Ship With TNT?
