Denmark Customs and Sending Gifts to Denmark

Although you may not have to pay customs duty on all shipments to Denmark, the standard VAT rate for posting to Denmark is 25% of the parcel’s total value.

The exception to this is if the parcel you’re sending is a gift worth less than DKK 360 (about £42), you won’t have to pay any additional charges! But the amount of customs duty does depend on the goods you’re shipping.
