Since 17th July, Yodel has changed its name. Yodel's home delivery and collection services are now part of InPost, which means the service names and logo you see when booking are changing too.
See exactly what this means for you and how you can keep on top of your deliveries.
Just the branding.
Operations are moving entirely under the InPost name, so you'll see new service names and the InPost logo when booking your delivery:
Old service | New service |
Yodel Direct | InPost Shop to Home |
Yodel Collection | InPost Collection |
Drop-off locations - unaffected, drop your parcels off in the same places
Your existing Yodel orders - if you've sent a parcel with Yodel before the rebrand took place, your parcel will be delivered as normal.
Tracking - works exactly as it does today, using your P2G reference number to keep up to date.
Locker services are unaffected and still available to buy, but you won't be able to use a locker if you choose the Shop to Home service.
You can book an InPost locker service here!
You won't need to do anything for your existing orders. Just look out for the new InPost names and logo when you book. Everything else about sending with Parcel2Go carries on as normal.
