Changes to InPost Services

InPost will remain under the same leadership, founder and chief executive Rafat Brzoska, and branding, operating from their headquarters in Poland.

FedEx Corporation’s new involvement in InPost will not affect the functioning of current InPost services, it is the hope that with access to more resources, InPost will be able to grow the system they’ve already laid out.

With leadership remaining in Poland with Brzoska, FedEx’s support will simply allow for InPost’s plans for innovation to continue with even greater success. Brzoska, in collaboration with FedEx Corporation, is planning to expand InPost lockers across the UK and Europe.

Currently the UK is home to around 14,000 lockers, which InPost hopes to expand to around 30,000. Raj Subramaniam, chief executive at FedEx, speaks highly of the expansion, noting that “FedEx has a global network…” whilst “InPost has a strong and successful presence in Europe’s out-of-home delivery segment.”, putting the partnership in a great position to support growth.

What Does This Mean for Parcel2Go Senders?

As the deal goes through, hopefully by the end of 2026, UK senders can expect increased InPost accessibility.

There’s good news for international sellers as well, with InPost looking to expand in its existing markets in France, Spain, Portugal, and Benelux. Though there are currently no plans to target new markets, this collaboration will have an incredible impact on accessible shipping across Europe.

Sending a Parcel With InPost

InPost services remain an affordable and efficient option for businesses and personal senders alike. Allowing shippers to drop their parcel at an accessible locker, and either have their receiver pick it up from a locker close to them or have it delivered directly to their front door.

Wondering about large parcel deliveries? InPost lockers offer three sizes to choose from, with the maximum weight you can send sitting at 15kg, and dimensions of 64x38x41 cm. Whether you’re a casual sender, or a busy eCommerce business, InPost lockers will likely suit your needs.

With InPost’s expansion, their services become even more appealing for busy sellers, allowing them to fit delivery around their schedules. No matter where they’re based, senders will be able to find a 24/7 InPost locker near them, creating more freedom around parcel delivery.
