The prices are very good, i would recommend to a friend however when one of my parcels was damaged i was unable to claim even though half of the item was covered by your insurance policy. some was liquid and not covered and i understand i could not claim for that but the other was mirror base plates which were plastic and i should of been able to claim for them

I like the fact that you drop parcels off at a convenient shop, so no waiting around for the interminable courier to arrive!
