Parcel Delivery to Perth

About Perth Courier Services

  • Perth is the capital and largest city of the Australian state of Western Australia. Perth ranks fourth amongst the nation's cities, with a growth rate consistently above the national average. Its port, Fremantle, is a city in its own right and slightly older than Perth.
  • Perth tied for fifth place in The Economist's 2009 list of the World's Most Livable Cities. Perth is a classic example of a Mediterranean climate, receiving moderate though highly seasonal rainfall. Summers are generally hot and dry, lasting from December to late March, with February generally being the hottest month of the year. Perth is a particularly sunny city and the climate of Perth allows for extensive outdoor sport activity. This is reflected in the wide variety of sports available to citizens of the city.
  • Perth’s residents tend to favour Australia Post when sending parcels. If you’re booking a parcel delivery to Perth from the UK, make sure you check the courier services available on the Parcel2Go.com website. And if you’re going to be out at work on the day you want the parcel collected, Parcel2Go.com has a convenient solution. You can arrange to have the parcel for Perth collected from your workplace instead of your home; simply enter your workplace as the collection address when prompted on the online booking form. This convenient option applies to all Parcel2Go.com’s delivery services to Perth, including those categorised as “residential collection to residential delivery”.
  • It may seem obvious, but correct labelling of your parcel to Perth is vital so here are some general tips. Type the destination address into the Parcel2Go.com website carefully so there can be no mistake in reading the label. Ensure packages are labelled appropriately using the right labels like “Fragile” as these will help to ensure your parcel is handled with care by the courier to Perth. Also, it’s best to avoid attaching your shipping label over any seams in the parcel because this can cause the barcode to distort and it won’t be easy for the scanners to read it, which means your courier to Perth will encounter difficulties processing your precious package. After all, you don’t want your parcel to Perth to be delayed!

Customer Reviews for Perth

Parcel2go offer a great service and so far my experience with them has been convenient and good value for money.Their website User Interface is simple and effective and navigating their website is an easy experience. Customer service is usually pretty efficient in most cases, with quick responses to queries and relatively good feedback. I have to be honest in saying that I have had a few problems of late however, although not with Parcel2go directly, but with one of their service providers, Parcelforce. Parcelforce rates are excellent and extremely competitive, however after seemlessly booking the collection of packages with Parcel2go, I had a few packages returned to me by Parcelforce stating that a 'router' label is required and no further clarification. This was after quite a number of packages successfully collected by Parcelforce and delivered to the respective recipients. So why the new requirement? Parcel2go had to investigate with Parcelforce. I had attached ALL the necessary labels already. I rebooked the courier myself with another agency and am still waiting (weeks now) for feedback from Parcel2go on what this is all about. As a result I have lost in the region of £20 for a failed delivery with no refund and no feedback.....which is not a comfortable thought I'm afraid. I would prefer using parcel2go, however have chosen to patiently wait for a response. I personally deem a service to be of great value by judging the overall experience from start to finish and when I know my customer's packages have been successfully delivered. I realise that all of us sometimes experience difficulties, however, with todays economic climate we have to be extremely selective. Great service, but perhaps a little more work needed on the follow through, especially when a problem arises.
