The delivery process itself is carried out by Parcelforce, Landmark, and a courier service local to the country that you’re shipping to.

Parcelforce will collect your heavy parcel from your designated point of collection. They’ll then take it to the Landmark depot, where your parcel will be sorted to be delivered to your chosen destination. Once it arrives at the country border, your items will go through customs before being handed over to a local courier to complete the final leg of the delivery.

Landmark do not allow any food items to be shipped on their services. Any parcel shipped that contains food will be destroyed.
