£50 PrePay Credit for New easyShop Integrations with Smart Send

  • The £50 PrePay credit is available to Smart Send customers who connect a new easyShop account to Smart Send between 00:00 on 22 October 2026 and 23:59 on 30 November 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

  • To qualify, the customer must (1) connect an easyShop account to their Smart Send account for the first time during the Promotion Period and (2) book and pay for their first parcel through Smart Send for an order imported from that easyShop account, within the Promotion Period.

  • The offer is open to both new and existing Smart Send customers. easyShop accounts that were already connected to Smart Send before the Promotion Period are not eligible.

  • The credit is limited to one per customer and one per easyShop account, however many Smart Send accounts or easyShop stores are connected.

  • Cancelled, refunded or voided parcels do not count as a qualifying first parcel.

  • The credit will be applied to the customer’s Smart Send account within 5 working days after the qualifying parcel is booked.

  • The credit can be used solely for Smart Send shipping services.

  • The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and any unused balance will be automatically removed after 28 days from the date of application.

  • Any spend exceeding the £50 credit balance must be paid separately by the customer.

  • The £50 PrePay credit will not be applied to any customer accounts with outstanding payments at the time of eligibility assessment.

  • This offer cannot be combined with the £30 PrePay Credit for New Smart Send Users. New Smart Send customers who qualify for both will receive the £50 easyShop credit only.

  • Parcel2Go reserves the right to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • Parcel2Go reserves the right to refuse the credit where, in its opinion, the customer isn’t eligible for the promotion, including where an account or integration appears to have been created to claim the credit more than once.

£30 PrePay Credit for New Smart Send Users

  • The £30 PrePay credit is available to new Smart Send customers only.

  • The credit will be applied to the customer’s Smart Send account on the next working day after successful sign-up and first purchase made.

  • The credit can be used solely for Smart Send shipping services.

  • The credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and any unused balance will be automatically removed after 28 days from the date of application.

  • Any spend exceeding the £30 credit balance must be paid separately by the customer.

  • The £30 PrePay credit will not be applied to any customer accounts with outstanding payments at the time of eligibility assessment.

£30 Referral PrePay Credit

  • Only existing Smart Send customers can refer and benefit from the Referral Scheme.

  • Existing customers can share the referral link with as many sellers as they wish. The referral link will remain active for 12 months from the day it is shared.

  • To be eligible for this offer your account must be in good standing with no outstanding payments at the time of eligibility assessment.

  • To receive £30 PrePay credit the referee must: - Be a new Parcel2Go customer with no prior order history. - Sign up for Smart Send within 30 days of clicking through to Parcel2Go.com via the referral link. - Send 5 parcels through Smart Send within 90 days of sign up, all of which must reach the courier network - cancelled parcels are not eligible. - Have not received any other new customer promotion on P2G or via affiliate partners.

  • Both the referrer and referee will receive £30 PrePay credit once eligibility criteria achieved.

  • All referral rewards due for the period 1st March- 16th June 2026 (early scheme access) will credited to customer’s Smart Send account by 23rd June 2026.

  • Post 16th June 2026, all referral rewards will be paid within 7 days of eligibility criteria being met.

  • The outcome of the referral with not be discussed with customers, but we will confirm by email when a referral credit has been applied to accounts.

  • The credit has no cash value and is non-transferable.

  • You must have a Student Beans student or graduate account

  • All student discount codes will be provided by Student Beans not the Parcel2Go website

  • The promotion will entitle you to 10% off all of Parcel2Go's services, excluding any Royal Mail services.

  • These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
