As Tenerife is part of the Canary Islands, which are part of Spain, you should actually address your parcel in the same way that you would a Spanish address, only with the island name (e.g. ‘TENERIFE’) and the territory (‘THE CANARY ISLANDS’) on the last line of the address in block capitals.
