At Delivery Depot
Out for Delivery
While this five-step breakdown is great for giving you a snapshot overview of your parcel status, you can get a more detailed update by delving into the tracking history supplied by Yodel. These time-stamped stages include:
With Sender (or) Awaiting Collection - the delivery has been booked, but the parcel itself hasn’t yet been received by the courier.
Left Sender (or) Collected - the sender has shipped the parcel and it’s on its way to the Yodel depot.
At Yodel Depot - the parcel is at the Yodel depot being sorted and assigned to a courier for delivery.
Left Yodel Depot - your parcel has recently been dispatched from the Yodel depot and is on it’s way to the recipient.
With Courier - your parcel is with the delivery driver.
Was with Courier - your parcel has either been delivered or, in the event of a failed delivery, is on its way back to the depot.
Delivered - the parcel has been delivered to the recipient or with a neighbour.
Alert - your delivery can’t be completed. Contact us if you see this status.
