International Parcel Delivery
An important part of preparing your parcel for delivery is completing the relevant paper work for customs. All parcels travelling outside the EU, including any gifts or personal items, require customs documents. Please be aware in some cases islands and remote areas which are part of mainland EU countries sometimes need documentation. If you are unsure please contact us.

Parcels going to any EU country do not require any documentation. See List below for all EU countries.
Parcels being sent from the UK to anywhere outside the EU require 5 copies of a commercial invoice to be signed and completed. See below to view and print a commercial invoice (link needed).
Certain items such as, electronic items, antiques, clocks, textiles may require specific documents, which our international team will advise if required. Please ensure on international services you use the labels we provide during the order process. If you do not use the label provided you may receive further shipping invoices from FedEx due to duplicate shipping details, do not give any credit card details to the driver or on the paperwork for shipping.
In Section 1 please tick the 3rd party box and put our Fedex account number 286394485 on the Payer Account No. line.
In Section 2 complete the full address including shipper's Fedex account number (286394485) contact name and telephone number.
In Section 3 complete the Receivers address and details.
In Section 4 add the total number of packages and the total weight. In Section 5 please give a full description of the items that you are sending.
In Section 6 if you have a VAT number or the Receiver has a VAT number, please complete.
Section 7 requires you signature.
In Section 8 please tick the priority box and the dutiable parcel box.
