Are there any restrictions with Relay delivery?

As with any delivery services, we always recommend checking that you’re not sending any prohibited items before you book your Relay shipping.

You’ll also need to weigh and measure your parcels accurately to ensure you don’t risk your parcel being rejected or incurring excess delivery charges.

The maximum size and weight for Relay parcels are:

  • Relay parcelshop: max parcel weight = 2kg, max parcel length = 0.45m

  • Relay postable: max parcel weight = 1kg, max parcel length = 0.35m

With Parcel2Go, Relay delivery is only available to book through Smart Send for selected postcodes.
