Relay delivery is available exclusively through Smart Send to select UK postcodes.
Giving you access to the cheapest marketplace shipping in the UK, Smart Send is our free online shipping software. It allows you to link your Parcel2Go account with your sales channel, letting you import orders and book shipping from one easy-to-use dashboard.
To book your parcel delivery with a Relay courier, just make your booking through Smart Send and check availability by entering the collection and delivery addresses.

Relay Pitstops are available in many stores across the UK, creating a place for easy courier delivery, and simple customer pickup. They handle new shipments, and returns - a one-stop shop for all your delivery needs.

Are there any restrictions with Relay delivery?
As with any delivery services, we always recommend checking that you’re not sending any prohibited items before you book your Relay shipping.
You’ll also need to weigh and measure your parcels accurately to ensure you don’t risk your parcel being rejected or incurring excess delivery charges.
The maximum size and weight for Relay parcels are:
Relay parcelshop: max parcel weight = 2kg, max parcel length = 0.45m
Relay postable: max parcel weight = 1kg, max parcel length = 0.35m
With Parcel2Go, Relay delivery is only available to book through Smart Send for selected postcodes.
How does Relay Tracking work?
Relay delivery tracking is easy with Parcel2Go. It’s perfect for giving you extra peace of mind and giving your customers the chance to see where their order is.
