DX Freight Parcel Service

DX stands for 'Delivered Exactly'. By <a href="/couriers/dx">booking one of DX's collection services</a> through Parcel2Go, you get access to one of the UK's best couriers at the lowest possible price. Collection and Delivery are not guaranteed but currently enjoy a very high success rate.
 
 
DX for this particular service will call the sender on the day of collection, to ensure the customer is available and the parcel is packaged properly. Please ensure the parcel can be handed over. If DX cannot confirm the collection it will not take place. 
 
Please ensure that the sender and recipients contact numbers are correct.

DPD Drop Off Small

The DPD Drop Off Small service allows you to drop your parcel off at any of the 6,000 DPD locations around the UK.

If your parcel is dropped off at your local DPD store before 12 noon it will have a greater chance of next-day delivery, however this is not guaranteed. 
 

Exclusive Tracking Features

When you book this service, you’ll be assigned a one-hour time slot in which you can expect your parcel to be delivered. You can keep track of your parcel in real time on your phone with DPD’s market-leading tracking capabilities, and even rearrange your delivery while it’s in transit with great in-flight options. Collections and deliveries are not guaranteed. However, enjoy a very high success rate


Please note that DPD couriers are unable to carry batteries on their services. This includes items containing batteries such as laptops, tablets, mobile phones, etc. If your items contain batteries, you'll need to remove these prior to sending otherwise your item could be at risk of a return. Your parcel will be delivered to the recipient's home/business address.
