Reviewed annually. Sellers accept this policy by ticking a required checkbox before connecting an Amazon account.
1. About this policy
This policy applies to you if you connect an Amazon Seller or Vendor account to Parcel2Go (the "Integration"). The Integration gets your Amazon orders through the Amazon Selling Partner API so you can book carrier shipments, print labels and send tracking details back to Amazon.
This policy adds to the Parcel2Go Terms and Conditions https://www.parcel2go.com/terms-and-conditions. It does not replace your own agreements with Amazon, which still apply in full.
2. Accepting this policy
You must accept this policy before you can connect an Amazon account. You do this by ticking the checkbox on the connect screen.
We record your acceptance: account ID, policy version and date and time.
3. What you must not do
3.1 Brushing and order manipulation. Do not use the Integration to:
Send goods nobody ordered, or ship to anyone who did not place a genuine Amazon order.
Create shipments or labels for made-up, test or self-placed orders to boost sales, rankings or reviews.
Upload tracking numbers for parcels that don't contain the ordered item, or that weren't sent to the buyer.
3.2 Intellectual property infringement. Do not use the Integration to:
Ship counterfeit, pirated or otherwise infringing goods.
Support selling goods you have no legal right to sell.
3.3 Breaching your Amazon agreements. Do not:
Use the Integration in breach of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, your Selling Partner or Vendor agreements, or Amazon's SP-API Acceptable Use and Data Protection Policies.
Use Amazon buyer data for anything other than fulfilling the related order. This includes marketing, resale, profiling and contacting buyers outside Amazon.
Share your Integration access with anyone else, or try to get around Amazon's or Parcel2Go's controls.
3.4 Prohibited goods. Do not ship items that are prohibited or restricted under the Parcel2Go Terms and Conditions.
4. Intellectual property
Parcel2Go provides shipping only. We don't host product listings, catalogues, pricing or reviews.
By accepting this policy, you confirm that you have the legal right to sell and ship the goods you dispatch through the Integration.
We act on credible infringement notices from rights holders or Amazon, and we may suspend your account while we investigate.
You must not use Amazon trademarks or content beyond what Amazon allows.
5. How we use Amazon data
We use your Amazon order data only to create shipments and send tracking back to the related order.
We keep buyer personal data to the minimum needed and delete it within 30 if not needed for transactional or tax purposes.
6. How we prevent misuse
Control | What it means |
Genuine orders only | Shipments are created only from Amazon order IDs retrieved through SP-API, and tracking is sent only to the matching order. |
Your authorisation | You authorise access through Amazon's own sign-in, and you can revoke it at any time in Seller Central or in your parcel2go.com account. |
Account verification | Accounts are verified when they're created. |
Prepaid shipments | Every shipment is paid for before the label is issued. |
Bulk volume limits | Bulk bookings are limited by rate and volume, and unusual activity is flagged for review. |
Change logging | We log order imports, changes to recipient address or contents, bookings and tracking uploads, including who made each change, when, and what changed. |
Monitoring | We look for brushing patterns, such as large volumes of very light parcels, many unrelated recipients, or tracking uploaded with no carrier scan. |
7. What happens if you break this policy
If we suspect a breach, we may:
Investigate and ask you for information.
Suspend or close your Parcel2Go account.
Disconnect the Integration and revoke its Amazon authorisation.
Report confirmed breaches to Amazon within and cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement.
