Screwfix Returns Policy
Screwfix returns policy operates a 30 day money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with your items and want to return or cancel your order. You can return your items in-store or via postal courier.
Your Screwfix returns should be returned unused, in a re-saleable condition and in original packaging – all components should be included and any promotional items that you received with your purchase should be returned too. Items that have been made to measure, mix or cut to your personal requirements cannot be returned – the same policy applies for boilers that have been opened, macerators and water pumps.
Your return should include the invoice and completed returns form which can be downloaded on the Screwfix website – remember to get proof of postage too.
Before you post your return you should always check the store’s own website to confirm their returns policy and to ensure that it has not changed.
