Parcel Delivery to Canada

About Canada Courier Services

  • Canada is a popular destination for people emigrating from the UK and so the chances you know someone or are perhaps related to someone who is now living in Canada is fairly high. If you need to send a package over, perhaps a birthday present or a reminder of home, then one of the best ways to do it without any hassle is by courier.
  • Parcel2Go was established in 1990 and we have spent the past 20 years trying to make the business of shipping parcels abroad as simple and as cheap as possible. We’re working as hard today as we did when we started, to make sure our customers can benefit from the best deals out there.
  • We work with the world’s main courier firms, including TNT, FedEx and Parcelforce to ensure your item gets to its destination on time and in perfect condition, whether it’s headed to Calgary, Vancouver or Winnipeg.
  • Once you’ve typed your requirements into Parcel2Go’s ‘quick quote’ page you’ll be offered a range of options from various companies who are able to meet your needs. Prices will depend on the weight of your parcel, where it’s going and how quickly it needs to arrive.
  • As Canada is outside of the European Union, there are a number of rules that have to be adhered to. Any goods or gifts which are not letters or postcards need to have a signed customs sticker attached to them. There are also restrictions on the types of items you can include in a parcel. Prohibited substances include firearms, alcoholic beverages, batteries containing fluids and perishable goods.
  • As long as the goods are not on the prohibited list you should be fine. Just remember to wrap them adequately with suitable packing materials and clearly label anything that is fragile. If you have any questions about your parcel or our website then feel free to contact Parcel2Go’s customer care team who will be happy to help.
  • Make sure your parcel reaches its destination by choosing a parcel courier through the Parcel2Go website. You’ll not only get peace of mind, but also the best deal available.

Customer Reviews for Canada

Parcel2go offer a great service and so far my experience with them has been convenient and good value for money.Their website User Interface is simple and effective and navigating their website is an easy experience. Customer service is usually pretty efficient in most cases, with quick responses to queries and relatively good feedback. I have to be honest in saying that I have had a few problems of late however, although not with Parcel2go directly, but with one of their service providers, Parcelforce. Parcelforce rates are excellent and extremely competitive, however after seemlessly booking the collection of packages with Parcel2go, I had a few packages returned to me by Parcelforce stating that a 'router' label is required and no further clarification. This was after quite a number of packages successfully collected by Parcelforce and delivered to the respective recipients. So why the new requirement? Parcel2go had to investigate with Parcelforce. I had attached ALL the necessary labels already. I rebooked the courier myself with another agency and am still waiting (weeks now) for feedback from Parcel2go on what this is all about. As a result I have lost in the region of £20 for a failed delivery with no refund and no feedback.....which is not a comfortable thought I'm afraid. I would prefer using parcel2go, however have chosen to patiently wait for a response. I personally deem a service to be of great value by judging the overall experience from start to finish and when I know my customer's packages have been successfully delivered. I realise that all of us sometimes experience difficulties, however, with todays economic climate we have to be extremely selective. Great service, but perhaps a little more work needed on the follow through, especially when a problem arises.

I used Home Delivery Network to send some tyres I sold on eBay. I got the buyer's address slightly wrong but after contacting Home Delivery Network's customer services, they were happy to change it free of charge. Unfortunately the tyres still ended up going to the wrong place but after making another phone call, it was eventually rectified. Generally I found Parcel2go's price pretty competitive and their website was fairly easy to use. I would recommend them to my friends.

I've used this site a few times now and I can't fault it. Easy to use website, friendly driver, l...
